By accessing or using Bintainer ("the Service"), operated by Bintainer ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bintainer is a web-based component inventory management system that allows users to organize, track, and manage electronic components across physical storage units. The Service includes features such as component cataloging, storage management, supplier integrations, reporting, and BOM import/export.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including component information, storage configurations, images, and import data. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party suppliers such as DigiKey and Mouser. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or pricing of third-party data.

7. Service Plans and Payment

Bintainer offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profit.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period unless required to be retained by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
